Org Agility

A global research project was created targeting global companies with a 50/50 split in company size and included multiple industries.  The target of the study was the CEO, CFO, CIO/COO and CHRO.  The purpose of the project was to uncover data from the C-suite on organizational agility and the pressures they have to deliver on digital efforts.  The results of the study are compiled into a final report.  We would like to leverage a video to provide a high level overview of the survey, what was uncovered and why a C-suite would be interested in reading the full report.

The video will be leveraged as part of the digital experience on the website and may be used in social campaigns to promote the report.  The key message is to introduce the study and some key findings and gain their interest to download/read the full report/findings.  The content will leverage 5 key pillars-Responsive, Adaptable, Skilled, Informed, and Controlled.

I went through a series of sketches to storyboard the script. Once the Creative Director approved the visuals and flow of the story it was presented to stakeholders for first round of review.

Design

Here is what the final design looks like using the brand colors and motion design language throughout the video. I drew up the storyboards, designs and animated half the video.
